A pilot group rental  project to be realized in Kruunuvuorenranta in cooperation with A-Kruunu. Project consists of two blocks of flats, one in Pojamankatu Street, the other in Turumankatu Street. The house in Turumankatu consists of six group rental residences: big communal flats where residents themselves put together the groups, mostly of single households. The next project on this concept will be built in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki.
