Project planning for the renovation of Culture Factory Vernissa and other listed buildings along the Tikkurila riveside was conducted in relation to the developement of the riverside park (Loci Landscape Architects, winning proposal 2016). Tikkurila and its park are undergoing improvement and the buildings and their use will be adapted correspond to and enhance the riverside development.
