The island of Tiirasaari west of Lauttasaari in Helsinki is owned by Lähi-Tapiola Insurance Company. Several old wooden buildings remain on the island, and are used for PR and staff training purposes. A 1940s´ sauna was refurbished in 2016. The façade of an 1800s´ joiner´s style wooden villa will be renovated next.
