The island of Tiirasaari, west of Lauttasaari in Helsinki, is owned by Lähi-Tapiola Insurance Company. Several old wooden buildings remain on the island and are used for PR, staff training and recreation purposes. A 1940s´ sauna was refurbished in 2016. The renovation of the 1800s´ joiner´s style wooden villa, "Kerhola", was completed in 2018.
