Talli Architects planned the renovation and alteration of the Ministry of Employment and Economy offices located on Eteläesplanadi. It is a pilot project for energy-efficient renovation design and Building Information Modelling (BIM) in renovation design. Armas Lindgren designed the Art Nouveau building in 1910.

The ministry changed their workplace concept from individual offices to bigger communal office spaces, which made room for twice as many employees without the need for expansion. More spacious conference rooms were fitted into the existing space.
