The Tila Housing Block is a pilot project for neo-loft apartments in Arabianranta, Helsinki. Apartments are sold as raw space and are as such ready to be occupied at the time of purchase. Residents determine and build the subdivisions and interiors as they like. Lighting on the northern façade by artists Jaakko Niemelä and Helena Hietanen.
