Lauri Korpisen katu 8 is a pilot project for the Kompakti concept (”Compact”). It is a  result of cooperation between Talli Architects, Kojamo and Fira. The Compact was first created for Kojamo’s rental housing needs (Lumo Homes). The small size of the flats will be compensated with either a large balcony or outdoor room and communal spaces; communal spaces are bigger and more versatile than standards for communal housing.
