Kruununhaka Secondary School, designed by architect Onni Törnqvist (Tarjanne), was originally completed in 1899. The 1940s extension of the school was designed by Hilding Ekelund. Helsinki City Premises Centre commissioned the Historical Building Survey. The building is listed in the district plan.
