The housing project Keinulaudantie 2c in the vicinity of Kontula underground station is part of the plan for more compact infill building. Keinulaudantie is the first project in its block. The six-floor building houses 79 flats.  This project is based on the concept Kompakti (”Compact”). It is the result of cooperation between Talli Architects, Kojamo and Fira. The Compact was first created for Kojamo’s rental housing needs (Lumo Homes). The compact size of the flats gains flexibility from either a large balcony or outdoor room, and communal spaces. Communal spaces are bigger and more versatile than standards for communal housing.
