Preliminary design focuses on how to incorporate the House of Dance with Cable Factory, a centre for various fields of culture and artisans. The Boiler Hall is at the heart of the House of Dance, seating 700 people and supplying all auxiliary functions necessary; a shared lobby is situated in the courtyard. The design is a collaboration of Talli and JKMM Architects. Work continues from here and the project is set to be completed in 2020.
