The Dance House will become the new home for dance and performing arts offering rehearsal and performance spaces for dance artist. The design focuses on how to incorporate the new Dance House with the existing Cable Factory, a centre for various fields of culture and artisans. The project is a collaboration of Talli and JKMM Architects and is set to be completed in 2020. Talli Architects' part was completed in June 2019 as plans for building approval were finished.
