The oldest part of the Uusikaupunki retirement home was built in 1901. Expansions were added to the building in the 1960s, 70s and 80s. Tallis renovation design covered all parts of the building. This included changes in the roof structures, the addition of a new glass terrace and the transformation of all bathroom spaces to fit the needs of disabled and elderly people.
