The Lasipalatsi terraces are situated in the courtyard of the Lasipalatsi building. This includes the terraces of Mbar and of the Lasipalatsi café. In the summertime the terraces fill up with people, music and bustling conversation. Beverages are sold from kiosks, people are sitting under canopies on wooden decks.
