In 1998 Talli was responsible of the restoration of the Lasipalatsi building. This includes as well the interior and furniture design. This included a Library on the second floor of the building Kirjakaapeli. It soon became so popular that it had to move out to the other side of the street to larger premises; Library 10 was founded into the former Post Office building.
