The Fiskars Hotel is an idea plan for a hotel situated in the historical riverside milieu of the Fiskars ironworks. The hotels holds 20 simple rooms and a restaurant for 50 people. The room programme is divided into two buildings; the main building holds the restaurant and accommodation spaces and the smaller building a sauna. The typology of the buildings is inspired by a traditional finnish building type, ”aitta”.
