The Valo housing block is the second project for neo-loft apartments initiated by Talli architects. The concept is based on an open building system. The room height of the raw loft unit is 5 meters. In the first phase, the units are equipped with bathrooms. In the second phase the residents design and build the required subdivisions according to their needs, budgets and timetables.
