The dark-coloured building is organized on three levels on a sloping site. It contains group homes, each of them has nine residents, and educational facilities. The homes open onto the spacious common facilities and the outdoors via their large windows. The building´s interior linings are able to withstand knocks and bumps without the need for constant repairs. The walls are of fair-faced concrete, which is balanced by solid timber floors, timber windows, the colour scheme, as well as fireplaces, works of art and carefully tended house plants.
